In Addendum to My Post on Petroleum

I wanted to post today noting that I have added an addendum to my post from Monday on Petroleum. There has been a lot of news concerning CAFE, and it speaks quite directly to about what I wrote. Bush is more or less a lame duck, and this runs contrary to his positions on Economy, Environmentalism and Petroleum. Alas, there is always next year.
